The Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles presents “Double, Double Toil and Trouble” – A Ghoulish Shakespearean Halloween Event.

You are invited to tour “The Cursed Castle of Macbeth” and a benefit Halloween reading of William Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” starring Harry Hamlin and Claudia Christian.

Directed by Louis Fantasia.

Cursed Castle Tours begin at 6:30 p.m.

Benefit Macbeth Reading begins at 7:00 p.m.

Wine and Pumpkin Pie Reception at 8:30 p.m.

Celebrating Shakespeare’s 450th Birthday!

Claudia will be part of a 450th birthday celebration of William Shakespeare come April 25th. Along with 18 other extraordinary group of leading actors will perform sonnets, readings, and songs to celebrate the Bard’s 450th birthday.

The evening will be co–hosted by performers Dana Delany (China Beach) and Ioan Gruffudd (The Fantastic Four), and cast of actors in the 90–minute production include Ashley Bell, Eric Braeden, Nigel Daly, Neil Dickson, Joely Fisher, Mira Furlan, Judy Geeson, Michele Greene, Harry Hamlin, Malcolm MacDowell, David Melville, Jane Seymour, Joan Van Ark, Sophie Winkleman, Robert Wisdom, Michael York, and our very own Claudia Christian.

“The cast are some of the best actors for tragedy, comedy, history, pastoral, pastoral–comical, tragical–comical–historical–pastoral and scene invisible’ as Shakespeare himself would say,” noted Louis Fantasia, Shakespeare director and scholar.

Britweek’s Evening of Shakespeare, Music, and Love is presented by Beverly Hills Wealth Management, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the Hobart Elementary Shakespeareans and the Inner City Shakespeare Ensemble, two outstanding LA-based Shakespeare programs. Aston Martin will sponsor the VIP after party at the Moss Theater.
